Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact our friendly Customer Service on email at sales@mypetsworld.net within 7 days of receiving your item.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not like a product you receive, we will be happy to issue a refund as long as the item is still in its original packaging, not opened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Damaged returns (including packaging), dirty or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
